Brief description of your issue

Newer versions of ParadoxInteractive.ParadoxLauncher have a version number of 1.0.0.0 in winget, while a 2.4.0 entry (which is the older version) exists in the repository. Because of the versioning rule, winget will suggest users with 1.0.0.0 installed to upgrade to the older 2.4.0.

Removing version 2.4.0 from the manifest can be a solution. Since there doesn't appear to be anyone maintaining this package's manifest (the referenced installer under 1.0.0.0 in this repository is also outdated), I think it's better to remove the entire package.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install any recent version of Paradox Launcher v2
2. Run winget upgrade
3. Paradox Launcher v2 appears in the list
