Broken link to the AssertionRequirement class

Description

In the Policies in ASP.NET Core article, the link labeled “See the AssertionRequirement class” currently points to:

https://github.com/dotnet/aspnetcore/blob/release/6.0/src/Security/Authorization/Core/src/AssertionRequirement.cs

which returns a 404 - page not found error.

I can also pick this one up if you want and replace the 6.0 references with an xref link.
From a quick search it seems as if there are only two links that need to be updated.
